time at United.

I remember this game well, Ure and Law were suspended for six weeks and in
those days the clubs didn’t pay the players if they were under suspension .
Other things worth looking out for, Arsenal playing in a strange dark blue
shirt, George Best’s tash, (he obviously had just bought a copy of The
Beatles album Sgt. Pepper) Also nice seeing in goal for Arsenal the legend
Jim “Fingers” Furnell a goalkeeper that would give supporters heart failure
every time he touched the ball! .
